Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Loupe Veleze (Kinard) McKinley of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 86, on April 12, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kinard and Connie Martin Kinard; and her daughter Carol Love. She is survived by: her children, Connie Burrough (Willie) of Concord, NC, Constance McKinley of Charlotte, NC and Clement McKinley (Ashley) of Charlotte, NC; her grandchildren, Eddie Ligon, Charles Osborne, Cannon McKinley and Cohen McKinley; and her great grandchildren, Cymaiya Ligon, Camillia Ligon, Cailee, Carter Osborne and Cameron Osborne.
