She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pearl Riggins and Ruby Gayle; and her daughter Crystal Baker. She is survived by: her husband Billy E. Baker; her sister Joyce Thomas (Keith); her children, Denise Weaver (Allen), Nelson Baker (Nancy) and Carl Baker (Linda); her grandchildren, Cara Brower (Jimmy), Mark Weaver (Mandy), Carl Baker (Candy), Steven Baker (Maddie), Lauren George (Bryan) and Ashley Parker (Harrison); her great grandchildren, Logan Brower, Caleb Brower, Lydia Weaver, Nathan Weaver, Hayden Baker and Banks George; and her brother-in-law Ralph Baker (Peggy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
