He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Ortiz of Charlotte, NC and Francisco Luis Ortiz (Victoria Piccirilli-Ortiz) of York, SC; his siblings, Margarita Morfa (Daniel), Otilia Bernal (George) of Alexandria, VA and Marcial Ortiz (Isabel); his grandchildren, Jada Mae Ortiz, Francisco Andres Ortiz, Anthony Manuel Ortiz, Gabriella Leigh Ortiz and Nicolos Lorenzo Ortiz; his great grandchild Aviana Mae Ortiz; and his cousin Frank "Paco" Diaz.
