She is survived by: her husband Bob Spies of Matthews, NC; her children, Cathy Lewis (Bill) of Florence, KY and Scott Spies (Stephanie) of Matthews, NC; her grandchildren, Cameron Lewis, Connor Spies, Allie Spies, Julia Spies and Chloe Spies; her sister Ginger Shepard of Griffin, GA; and her sister-in-law Judy Klapp (George) of Voorheesville, NY. She is also survived by six nieces & nephews and numerous grandnephews & grandnieces.
