He is survived by: his wife Sarah Bethke; his daughter Jessica Zondor; his grandchildren, Zane, Freya and Evelyn; his mother Barbara; his siblings, Richard Zondor (Kathy), Nancy Ross (Dennis), Lisa Pomorski (Rob) and Matthew Zondor (Paula); his siblings' children, Sarah Hoffman (Nick), Matthew Ross (Chelsea), Amy Dobroveanu (Paul), Maggie Knoerzer (David), Emily Pomorski, Nathan Pomorski, Tyler Zondor, Hayle Zondor, Peyton Zondor and Edie McCroskey (Stuart); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlotte, Amelia, Henry Hoffman, Will, Sam, Annie Dobroveanu, Graham and Magnolia Knoerzer; his parents-in-law, Chet and Sue Bethke; his siblings-in-law, Robert Bethke (Page) and Susan Bethke (Don Kyzar); Fritz and Bruce Rather.
A reception will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at the Chapel of McEwen Funeral Service- Pineville Chapel (10500 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210).
