He is survived by: his brother George Harold Elwood of Charlotte; his siblings-in-law, Margaret Elwood of Charlotte and Richard Williams (Carol); his sibling's children, Sherry Crump (Dana), Chris Alexander (Johnnie) and Rick Williams (Judy); and his stepgrandson Patrick Torpey. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
