She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tankard Badger Jr. and Mary Emily Badger (Dunton) of Nassawadox; her husband Jack James; her granddaughter Emily Megan Stadler; and her former husband Walter Henry Perkins Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Angie James Stadler (Jim), Millie James Driggers (Jason) and John Edmonds James, Jr. (Lance). She is also survived by her seven grandchildren.
