She was predeceased by: her husband Horace Eugene "Gene" Gray Jr.; and her daughter Mary McCracken Gray Yon. She is survived by: her daughters, Annie Gray Roberts (Mark) of Davidson and Sally Gray Smith (Eric) of Charlotte; her grandsons, Gray McCracken Smith of Charlotte and Thurman Griffin Smith of Brooklyn, N. Y.; and her son-in-law Crandell Yon of Charlotte. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
