It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matteo Micalizzi of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Micalizzi. He is survived by: his wife Liboria Maria Micalizzi (Sortino); his children, Bernard Micalizzi (Patricia Sarmiento) and Catherine Micalizzi; his grandsons, Joseph Micalizzi Decker, Antonio Micalizzi and Matthew Micalizzi Decker; and his brother Frank Micalizzi.
