He is survived by: his mother Mary O'Neil; his wife Kathleen Wilson O'Neil; his children, Malachi O'Neil, Aria O'Neil and Milo O'Neil; his siblings, Scott (Christine O'Neil), Tracy O'Neil, Daniel O'Neil (Melissa Godin), Kathryn O'Neil (Matthew Tanner), Meredith (Scott Gooderham), Cullen (Olivia O'Neil), Grace (Logan Smith) and Linnae O'Neil (Nick Oliveri); his nephew Harvey Smith; and his niece Bridget Smith. He is also survived by many extended family members, dear friends.
In keeping with Matthew's generous spirit and love for helping others, the family respectfully requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association.
