He was predeceased by: his sister Judy McKnight (Kihm). He is survived by: his wife Susan Kihm (Motzer); his sons, Dan, Jeff and John; his grandchildren, Austin, Lauren, Ava, Colin and Emmett; his siblings, Karen Melko (Kihm), Thomas Kihm and David Kihm; and his father Robert.
