He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy Miller and Wanda Sue White. He is survived by: his wife Susan Scott Miller; and his children, Jennifer Carter, Suzanne McNeill, Jessica O'Neill, John Boy Stokes, Steven Miller and Shayne Miller. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
