She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvanus Adkins and Elsie Adkins; her husband Kenneth Mills; and her siblings, Shem Adkins, Carl Mate Adkins, Douglas Adkins, Nora Burke and Evelyn Artrip.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret Lewis (Elton) of Charlotte, NC, Dennis Mills (Kathy) of Orange Park, FL and Richard Mills of Manassas, VA; her siblings, Phyllis Wellman of Wadsworth, OH and Junior Adkins (Norma) of Akron, OH; and her sister-in-law Judy Adkins of Uniontown, OH. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
