She was predeceased by: her parents, Arden Tice Lyon and Helen Louise Brown Lyon. She is survived by: her husband Clyde E. Starr; her daughters, Betsy Kerr and Martha Santelman (Mark); her grandchildren, Sarah Curich (Antun), Amy Schubert (Bill), Beth Santelman, Mary Kate Santelman, Taylor Kerr, Lauren Kerr, Christina Kowalke (Edward), David Santelman and Margo Kowalke; and her sister Beverly Cox. She is also survived by several nieces, cousins, and many cherished friends.
