She was predeceased by: her parents, Hattie Opal Spivey and Glen Edward Spivey; her daughter Sandra Elixson; her brothers, Carl Spivey (Kathy) and Cecil Spivey (Wanda); her son-in-law Kenneth Elixson; and her brother-in-law Joe Robinson.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Spivey and Elaine Helms (Chris); her grandchildren, Melissa Hathcock (Steven), Katlyn Spivey (Chris), James Elixson (Ashley) and Jennifer Yacobellis (Brian); her great grandchildren, Jeremy, Madalyn, Kenneth, Maverick and Kit; her siblings, Danny Spivey (Geri) and Linda Robinson; and her friend Judy Murphy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Dean's memory may make contributions to David's Advocacy for the Homeless, the Humane Society of Concord, or to a charity of their choice.
