She is survived by: her son Jack Jr. (Kathy); her grandchildren, Laura and Matthew; her son Patrick (Sonya); her grandchildren, Walter (Lorna), Sarah (Dusty), Hudson (Rachel) and Madison; her son Bill (Janelle); her grandchildren, Elissa (Josh), Wes, Wen (Sara) and Llewellyn (Andy); her daughter Jennifer (Scott); and her grandchildren, Kara and Jack. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and many friends.
