She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Goodwin and Dorothy Goodwin of Horseheads; her husband James Kerbein of Elmira; and her brother Richard Goodwin of Ronkonkoma. She is survived by: her son Patrick Flaherty of Charlotte, NC; her granddaughters, Jordan Flaherty of Charlotte, NC and Madison Flaherty of Raleigh, NC; her brother Robert; and her sister-in-law Irene Goodwin of Greece.
