She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Parrish Carter and Ralph R. Carter; and her sister Peggy Fulp. She is survived by: her children, Bruce A. Masten (Lisa) and Lisa K. Masten; her grandchildren, Eric Anthony Masten (Aislyn), Amber Masten Powell (Wes) and Lee Tyler Masten (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Anthony Crew Masten, Sabella Nicole Masten, Charles Wesley Powell, Eric Brendan Powell, Macie Rae Masten and Carter Kade Masten; her brothers, Phillip E. Carter and Jerry T. Carter; and her pet Bebe.
