He was predeceased by: his parents, Garfield McDonald and Janie McDonald; his wife Nelda; his brother Bobby McDonald; and his grandson Corey Flynt.
He is survived by: his children, Debra McDonald-Flynt and Keith McDonald (Denise); his grandchildren, Kathleen Atwell (Ben), Ryan McDonald (Lauren) and Conner McDonald (Rachel); his siblings, Betty Stanley (Harold) and Jim Coleman; and his great grandchildren, Kate and Hudson.
