Peggy Horton Obituary

We bid farewell to Peggy Horton (Charlotte, North Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 17, 2026 at the age of 86. Peggy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roby Wagner and Fannie Wagner; and her siblings, R. B. Wagner, Dan Wagner and Margaret Murray (Beverly).

She is survived by: her husband Charles Horton (Chuck); her children, Chuck Horton, Jr. (Paula) and Cathy Gokey (Jarrett); her grandchildren, Austin, Melanie, Hannah and Emme; and her siblings, Judy Thomas, Roy Wagner and Linda Menkins.
