He was predeceased by: his mother Eleni. He is survived by: his wife Anna; his children, Dino Kanelos (Sharon) of Marvin and Eleni (Dean Stamoulis) of Worcester, Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Melina Kanelos, Nicholas Stamoulis, Peter Stamoulis (Panagiotis) and Ariana Kanelos; his siblings, John Kanelos of Cincinnati, Ohio and Afroditi of New York City; his father Konstantinos; and his friend Greek. He is also survived by many loving cousins, in laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Nektarios Greek Orthodox Church (5108 Kuykendall Rd, Charlotte, NC 28270). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
