With solemn reverence, we commemorate Phyllis Lorraine Storey (Charlotte, North Carolina), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, whose life came to an end on September 11, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving behind cherished memories. Though Phyllis may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Phyllis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; her brother John Cramer, Jr.; her parents, John Cramer and Ruth Cramer; and her close friend George Lovelace.
She is survived by: her children, Sarah Heisler and Robert, Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Veronica. She is also survived by her family and her church family.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pineville Church of the Nazarene (8614 Pineville-Matthews Rd, Charlotte, NC 28226). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In honor of Phyllis' late husband, Bob, the family requests that memorial donations be made to The American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
