He is survived by: his wife Darshana Prakash Dave; his sons, Shivam Prakash Dave of Charlotte and Deep Prakash Dave of Charlotte; and his daughters-in-law, Priya Shivam Dave and Ishita Deep Dave. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
