He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcom Lee Price and Virginia Brooks Price; and his daughter Virginia Gail Price. He is survived by: his wife Lorna Latham Price; his daughters, Tara P. Helms (Scott), Nisa P. Nayaert (Rick) and Andrea P. Ward (David); and his sister Mildred P. Tucker (Logan). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
