He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Van Schoick and Caroline Schroeder Davis; his son Tran Robert Davis; and his siblings, Robert Van Schoick Davis, Carol Davis Norton and Ann Davis Laibe.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Steppe Davis; his daughter Julia Norton Weaver (Christopher Lamar Weaver); his grandchildren, Kaela Norton Phillips (Kyle Gregory Phillips), Bradley Matthew Weaver and Lauren; and his great grandchild Margaret Louise Phillips.
