We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Richard Hastings of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Raleigh, North Carolina. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Richard Hastings to show support.

He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly; and his parents, Boyce Hastings and Nellie Hastings. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Hastings (Stacey) and Matt Hastings (Meg); his grandchildren, Lily, Nathan and Clayton; and his siblings, Tom Hastings and Sylvia.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Central Church of God (5301 Sardis Rd, Charlotte, NC 28270). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Alzheimer's Association in Rick's memory.
