He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Blisard and Joan Blisard; his significant other Jennifer Malone; his son Matthew; and his sisters, Kathy Viscariello (Angelo) and Cindy Peyton (Tom). He was also cherished by his family, friends.
