He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Maschal and Anna Linardi Maschal; his daughter Laura Maschal; his brothers, Robert and Thomas; and his former wife Polly Paddock.

He is survived by: his wife Missy Stewart; his son Ben Maschal (Marianne Carter-Maschal); his stepsons, Chris Lee (Julie Bleha) and Zach Lee (Jennifer); his daughters-in-law, Lacey Williams and Jess Moxie; his grandchildren, Teddy, Olin, Alma Maschal, Esmond Williams, Thaddeus, Callum Lee, Armando, Valeria, Sandra, Leslie Cruz-Martinez and Maria Cruz-Martinez (Imran Al-Nafiee); his great grandchildren, Laith and Yunus Al-Nafiee; his brother Ralph Maschal (Sandra); and his nieces and nephews, Marc, Meryl, Craig and Lynn.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St Peter's Room in the Inn (http://bit.ly) fund.
