She is survived by: her son Willard Chapmond, Jr. (West Virginia); and her grandchildren, Kody Chapmond (West Virginia), Hunter Chapmond (West Virginia) and Autumn Crowell (North Carolina). She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
