He was predeceased by: his parents, John Crompton and Florence Crompton (Anderton); his daughter Kelley Ann Crompton; and his siblings, John Stuart Crompton of Venice and Carol Lauzon of New Bedford, Massachusetts..
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Denise Crompton (Kelley); and his children, David Robert Crompton (Linda (Ortler) Crompton) of Lowell, Massachusetts, Peggy Cardone (Paul) of Nashua and Susan DeAngelis of Milford. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
