Jeter Jr. of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on March 16, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert R. Jeter and Blanche R. Jeter of Waynesville, NC; and his brothers, James P. Jeter of Asheville, NC and David R. Jeter of Garner, NC.. He is survived by: his wife Julia Ann Stovall Jeter of Charlotte, NC; and his sons, Doug Jeter (Celeste) of New Albany, OH and Andrew Jeter (Stacy) of Salisbury, NC. He is also survived by three grandsons and one granddaughter.
