He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Gideon Neely and Sidney Landry Neely; and his sister Beverly Neely Bruce (Robert Bruce). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Prosser Neely; his stepchildren, Kimberly Jorgensen of Saugerties, NY and Rob Ricketson (Jennifer) of Bolton Valley, VT; his stepgrandchildren, Curtis Jorgensen, Heidi Jorgensen and Rosa Ricketson; and his siblings, Sidney Neely Jr. and Elizabeth Neely Heafner (Jim). He is also survived by aunts, cousins, several nieces and nephews.
