He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Lee and James B. Lee, Jr.; and his sister Pamela Lee. He is survived by: his siblings, James B. Lee III, Lucia Soublet, Cassandra Bridges (Kenneth), Kimberly Lee and Cheryl Robinson; his nieces and nephews, Lakita Spellman (Derrick), Zarcaro McClain, Ashley Soublet, Candace Lee, Anna Gaddy, Jacobo Lee (Wayne), Justin Soublet (Aya), Joshua Lee, Chrisopher Bridges (Angela), Jeremy and Dennis; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Iyana Johnson, Shamaria Forte (Vyshonn), Kayden Spellman, Sydney, Madison McClain, Morgan Gaines, Cheyenne Bridges, Zoey Soublet, Charlotte, Alaina Johnson-Luciano, Chase Spellman, Justin Soublet II and Shiloh Dennis; his sister-in-law Micha Lee; and his close friends, Samuel Johnson and Robert Plummer.
He closed out his career at Unique Caring Foundation before his retirement.
