He is survived by: his daughter LaKeeta RiShaun Thomas; and his siblings, Don Colbert, Jimmie Thomas, Sylvester Cook, Sammy Cook, Darlene Cook, Chestine Cook-Williams and Loretta Cook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
