She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Eaves and Ardealear Geneal Montgomery Eaves; her husband Joseph B. Kinard; her mother-in-law Connie Martin Kinard; her siblings, Gertrude Eaves and James Eaves; her siblings-in-law, Rose Eaves, Herman Ellis, Nathaniel Miller and MacArthur Mackey; her stepsons, Kenneth Kinard and Joseph B. Kinard Jr.; her daughter-in-law Mary Kinard; and her grandson Ellison Kinard.
She is survived by: her sisters, Virginia Ellis, Gladys Mackey and Persella Miller; her stepson Timothy Kinard; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Kinard; and her stepsons, Steven Kinard (Patricia) and Darryl Kinard (Tyann). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
