It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth May Palmer of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Newburgh, New York, who passed away on July 4, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Kissam and Alice French Kissam; her husband William Pizarro (Emery Palmer); and her siblings, Ben Kissam, Kay Norris and Alice Collier.
She is survived by: her sons, William Pizarro (Donna), Michael Pizarro (Denise) and Emery Palmer Jr. (Trena); her grandchildren, Dori, Kate, Caron, Michelle and John; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Madi, Lucas, Matthew and Emily.
