She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe William Walters and Irene Culbreth Walters; her husband Frank Robbins Lowe, Jr.; and her son John Hargrave Lowe. She is survived by: her sons, Frank Robbins Lowe, III (Kimberley Cavanaugh) and William Jefferson Lowe; her daughter-in-law Cathy Cavender Lowe; her sister Rebecca Taylor of Greensboro; her grandchildren, William Robbins Lowe (Jessica Pulge), Virginia Walters Lowe, Mary Henley Lowe and Sara Robbins Lowe; and her sister-in-law Anne Lowe Nuckolls of Greenville, SC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
