He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Murray Francis Rigsby and Joyce Elaine Cook Rigsby; his wife Beth Rigsby; his children, Jamie Todd (Brent), Andrew Ostrom (Julia), Abigail Foley (Alex) and Amanda Rigsby; his grandchildren, Jackson, Bentson, Jameson Todd, Everett and Oliver Ostrom; and his siblings, Susan Rigsby-Stein (family: Steve Rigsby) and Stacy Boesel (Gary).
