She was predeceased by: her parents, William Birt and Rachel Smith Kirby; her husband Carl Lawing; her daughter-in-law Karen Lawing; and her siblings, Boyce, Dan, Richard, Jack, Bill Kirby, June, Gertie, Frances and Mildred.
She is survived by: her brother Bert (Margaret); her sons, Carl Jr. (Margie), Scotty and Steven; her grandchildren, Shaun, Michael (Katie), Lindy (Matt), Brian (Amanda), KC (Krista) and Faith (Levi); and her great grandchildren, Macie, Liam, Cora, Landon, Morgan, Lennon and Harrison.
