She was predeceased by: her father John Millington; and her sister Kathleen Millington. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Millington; her daughters, Kathleen Birkhimer and Stephanie Birkhimer; and her brother John Millington Jr..
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Psychiatric Nursing Association or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
