He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Lowe and Ann Lowe Stroup; and his sister Linda Maddox. He is survived by: his wife Jahala Lowe; his sons, Justin Lowe (Shelbee) and Deland Cox; his sister Patricia Donaldson (Bill); and his granddaughter McKinlee Lowe (Gene Maddox). He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made in Terry's memory to the music department at Shaws Creek Baptist Church.
