Thomas Cole Obituary
We announce the death of Thomas Cole (Charlotte, North Carolina), who passed away on October 18, 2026, at the age of 66. Thomas will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Desmond Cole and Charity Cole; and his half-brother Thomas Winsnes. He is survived by: his wife Carol Hartley; his children, Sarah and Patrick Cole; his siblings, Peter Cole (Farah Ravanbakhsh) and Sally Cole; his nephew Wyatt Cole; his mother-in-law Sandra Hartley; his sister-in-law Lois Urbanek (Dennis); and his nieces and nephews, Matt, Joe and Charlie Urbanek.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Charlotte (234 N Sharon Amity Rd, Charlotte, NC 28211).
