He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Woodrow Grayson, Sr. and Maxine Boggs Grayson; and his brother James Grayson, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Kim Grayson; his daughters, Kristina Johnson (Joshua) and Mary Anne Flores (Rafael); and his grandchild Jamie Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
