He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward Tolbert and Virginia Elizabeth Conley. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lee Tolbert; his brothers, Edward Tolbert (Liz) and Larry Tolbert (Patty); his children, Teresa Nester (Eric Stockman), Jeana Peigler (Ron) and Bobby Nester (Brittany Gennocro); his grandchildren, Jordan Stockman (Chris Durkin), Kelsey Mabry (Jason), Ashley Stockman, Jackson Peigler, Logan, Carsyn, Azylen, Mavis and Nomi Nester; and his great grandchildren, Kendal, Olivia, Savannah Durkin, Jaxson and Wyatt Mabry.
