She is survived by : her mother Lula Jones; her children, Erick, Thomas and Rashika; her brother Johnny Earl, Jr.; her grandchildren, Ahmece, Anari, Jaden and Kato; her uncle Harold Sherrill (Darlene); and her aunt Annie Myers. She is also survived by Godchildren, cousins, and caring circle of friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the A. E. Grier & Sons (2310 Statesville Ave, Charlotte, NC 28206). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
