He was predeceased by: his parents, Upton, Sr. Lindsey and Lydia Beatrice Lindsey; and his sister Marcia Deeter (Kirby). He is survived by: his daughters, Hope Hudson (Howard Pollack) and Lydia Skardon (Chris); his stepchildren, Karla Barnhill (Joe) and Anderson Rice (Nancy); his niece Kristin Steel (John); his nephew Hudson Deeter (Dori); and his grandchildren, Sam, Caleb Pollack, Jake, Lindsey and Sanderson Skardon. He is also survived by many grand nieces and nephews and step grandchildren.
