She is survived by: her parents, Chang Hin Nam and Lam Nhi Mui; her husband Phu Bao Phong; her children, Zi Choi Phong (Shawn), Ling Choi Phong (Alexis), Ting Choi Phong (Laura) and Ying Choi Phong (Chelsea); her brother Chang Henh Loc (Sau Ngoc Phuong); her nephews, Chang Phan Sau and Chang Phan Phay; her brother Chang Henh Va (Dinh The Truc); her siblings' children, Chang Phan Angel, Chang Phan Andy and Chang Phan Amy; her brother Chang Henh Xuong (Vu The Hong); her nephews, Chang Phan Jayden and Chang Phan Justin; her brother Chang Henh Ung (Bui Minh Trang); her nephew Chang Phan Ethan; her parents-in-law, Phong Tay Sang and Cam Thi Kiuniece; her brother-in-law Phong Bao Quy; and her brother Truong Bro Phong (Misa Ngoc Vo).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McEwen Funeral Service - Pineville Chapel (10500 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210). A burial was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Crown Memorial Park (9620 Rodney St, Pineville, NC 28134).
