She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyle Williams and Rebeca Young Williams; and her sisters, Blanche Williams Darnell and Barbara Williams "Ann" Jeffers. She is survived by: her sister Rebekah Williams Metcalf; her children, Ralph Moose and Beth Moose; her grandchildren, Donna Hall Hollingsworth, Jason Moose, Dylan Techton and Cody Moose; and her great grandchildren, Fitz Hollingsworth, Ryker Hollingsworth, Kaylei Wills, Kobain Moose, Gaige Hollingsworth, Delilah Techton, Scarlett Techton and Alice Moose.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Vivian's memory to the American Cancer Society.
