She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Moore and Helen Moore. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Stitt; her children, Marilyn Moore Williams (Antonio Williams), Anthony Moore of Charlotte and Aaron Lavelle McGriff of Charlotte; and her brother James Moore. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the A. E. Grier & Sons (2310 Statesville Ave, Charlotte, NC 28206). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
