Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint William Copeland leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Faye Willis; and his sisters, Rebecca and Dille Ann. He is also survived by one son and two daughters, four nephews, three nieces, six grandsons, one grand daughter, one great granddaughter and one great grandson.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to American Legion 458, P.O. Box 483 Indian Trail, NC 28079.
